Is there a possibility to arrive after 10 p.m.?
 
Usually not. You can, however, use our late check-in service. A staff member will be waiting for you so you can check in at the reception. For this service we charge 25 € per started hour. For groups, this amount will only be charged once. Please note that we offer this service only after prior agreement and availability. Please also note that there is no way to deposit keys. Every guest has to register at the reception.

 

Where can I park my car and what are the parking fees?
 
You can park your car either for free in the immediate vicinity or for a fee in our yard (subject to availability). For parking in the yard we charge a parking fee of 6 € / day and parking space. Motorcycles or bicycles may also be charged for a fee of € 6 / day, e.g. to be accommodated in the garage. Please note that we do not have parking for trucks or buses.

 

How do I best travel to you by public transport?
 
If you arrive by train at the Nuremberg main station, take the subway line U1 (direction: Langwasser-Süd / Messe) and get off at the stop "Frankenstrasse". Our hotel is located only a few meters from this stop. More information can be found here.

 

I need W-LAN for my stay, what are the fees?
 
Wi-Fi is available in our entire house for free. You will find the access data in your room or at the reception.

 

Are pets allowed?
 
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

 

Is your restaurant still open?
 
Our restaurant is currently closed for an indefinite period. However, there are plenty of dining options in our immediate area. More information is available at the reception.

 

Can we rent a meeting room from you?
 
Unfortunately, no. Guests of our house, however, can use our public areas for meetings.

 

How long is the bar open?
 
Drinks can be enjoyed at the bar from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday to Sunday. After 10 p.m. a vending machine will be available 24 hours a day.

 

Is your hotel barrier-free, or do you offer barrier-free rooms?
 
Unfortunately, no. Although the rooms are accessible by lift, you will need to descend a few steps to access the rooms on each floor.

 

I have booked with breakfast, but do not want to have breakfast. Will I get the breakfast refunded?
 
If you have booked through a booking portal, you must clarify this before arrival with the respective booking portal, as we have no opportunity to change individual reservations. After departure there is no possibility to refund the breakfast. For direct bookings about us, this is only possible if you tell us at the latest on arrival that you do not want to have breakfast. In this case, the breakfast will be deducted from the room rate.

 

When can I cancel a reservation for free?
 
By default, you can cancel a reservation for free three days before arrival. However, there are exceptions such as group bookings or during a exhibition period. In these cases, there are separate cancellation conditions, which will be communicated to you in the offer letter.
